Join Georgina from Numindset and Fiona from FeeFloYoga for a unique nutrition and yoga event designed to calm the nervous system and help you find more balance. Discover how the right foods and mindful movement can help you to support your body and mind. What’s included? -Eating for Resilience – a nutrition talk by Georgina Hickman. -A 45 minute yin yoga session delivered by Fiona Edwards. -A selection of delicious and healthy teas and nibbles. What will you gain from this experience? -A relaxing evening amongst like-minded individuals, designed to reset and calm your nervous system. -Valuable insights into how your diet impacts your resilience to stressful events and challenges. -Practical tools to help you create lasting balance in your daily life.
