Yogalates is a unique blend of Pilates strengthening exercises combined with Yoga poses to stretch and build stability. 20 minutes of Yogalates each day for 20 days. Improve strength and flexibility. Encourage mindfulness and wellbeing. Enhance balance and stability. You can either join me live via Zoom, or catch up in your own time with the session recording. Disclaimer: Participants must ensure their bodies are fully prepared for a physical practice before commencing. Please always make sure you listen to your body and monitor yourself during every session. It is recommended that you consult your doctor or healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme to know it is suitable for you. If you experience any pain or discomfort during this class you should stop immediately and, if necessary, seek medical attention. By participating in this class you agree to do so at your own risk and to take full responsibility in case of injury.
